Solid input shaft Ø42 mm, key 12 mm wide (DB), 45 mm shaft-to-key height (DH). GG20 painted cast iron case, ground 21NiCrMo2 gears — high efficiency, low noise, easy mounting. A backstop device can be fitted on request so the conveyor cannot run back on an incline (state the free direction of rotation when ordering). A torque tension arm (M16 rod, length 260–410 mm) is available for this size — see the torque arm sheet.

Supplied without oil. Oil-bath lubrication; fill about 14 l of ISO VG 150 to 460 oil by load type and ambient temperature (the catalogue's viscosity table — mineral or synthetic) and set the plugs for your mounting position A, B, C, D, VA or VB (see the mounting-positions sheet). Weight 121 kg.

How to pick from the table: the ratio sets the output speed — at 1400 r/min input, ratio 10:1 gives 139 r/min at the hollow shaft. Choose the row whose output speed and rated torque Mn2 cover your conveyor's needs (with a service factor for the load — see the Selection Guide tab), check that your motor's power does not exceed Pn1 and that the belt or chain pull on the input shaft stays within Rn1. Running a 6-pole or 8-pole motor? Press the 900 or 500 r/min toggle for those figures. Other ratios on request.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0557/1595/4773/files/cha-photo_0b8b8aad-cd0f-4c16-b5b6-dfcf7de04f33.jpg?v=1791199851
