Material: Support made of PP+ glass fiber. External cover support made of stainless teel AISI 304. Chrome steel or stainless steel bearing. Greaser made of nickel-plated brass. Reinforcement bushings made of stainless steel AISI 304. Gaskets made of NBR rubber. Cover made of polypropylene, grey in colour RAL 7042.

Features: Full protection of bearing against external agents. Support body made out of polypropylene which is later covered in stainless steel AISI 304. This is done to obtain maximum possible chemical resistance to antibacterial detergents used in the food processing industry. Part is moulded without internal cavities, to allow for the best possible sanification. Assembly with not shouldered shaft. Maximum shaft alignment 2.5°.

On Request: Protection covers in different colours and with customized brand. Internal body reinforced polypropylene, white in colour.
