CHPC 80 + CH 07 Worm Gearbox with Pre-Stage Module (ratios 90–120:1)
CHPC 80 pre-stage module (ratio 3:1, IEC 80 B5 motor flange, input shaft/flange 19/200 mm) coupled to a CH 07 worm gearbox — total ratios 90–120:1 in one compact unit, for the slow output speeds a single worm stage cannot reach. Aluminium housings, hollow output shaft with 30 mm bore, keyed; output flanges as the CH 07. Overall length R1 197 mm, pre-stage offset I2 63 mm; the gearbox connected to the pre-stage has the module's Z1 input dimension (19/160); other dimensions as the CH 07. Filled for life with synthetic oil — no oil changes, no maintenance; aluminium housing.
Supplied without motor. Fits an IEC 80 B5 motor (19 mm shaft). Also available on the CHE (free input shaft) and ..P versions of the CH.
How to pick from the table: with a standard 4-pole motor (1400 r/min) the total ratio sets the output speed; P1 is the motor power the catalogue pairs with the row and the output torque is at that power — some ratios are listed with two motor powers. The catalogue notes the installed power is sometimes more than the gear needs — always check the output torque against your load, and ask us if in doubt.

Motor pole count
All table figures assume a 4-pole motor (1400 r/min input) — the standard choice for most applications. A 2-pole motor (2800 r/min) doubles the output speed and a 6-pole motor (900 r/min) reduces it, and the power and torque ratings change with them — if you're running anything other than 4-pole, contact us and we'll size it for you.
Reading the table
Each row is one total ratio (pre-stage 3:1 × worm stage): output speed at 1400 r/min in, the catalogue's motor power P1 for that row and the output torque at that power. Specify the mounting position of the pre-stage relative to the gearbox when ordering.
