CHT 315 Cast Iron Three-Phase Motor 2-Pole B3 (110–200 kW)
CHT 315 cast iron three-phase motor, 2-pole (about 3000 r/min at 50 Hz), B3 foot mounting — Chiaravalli's IEC frame 315 cast iron motors in the IE3 / IE4 efficiency classes, 110–200 kW. Cast iron casing, IP54, class F insulation, IC411 fan cooling, Δ/Y 400/690 V 50 Hz. The dimension sheets give the frame 315 B3 mounting dimensions per efficiency class; the other mountings are the sibling cards one level up.
How to pick from the table: choose the power and the efficiency class — IE3 or IE4 (we supply IE3 and above only from 0.75 kW up; IE4 where the energy saving pays). The type letter is the motor's length designation within the frame. Forced-cooling fan kits for inverter duty are available for every frame (catalogue p8).

Reading the table
Every row is one motor of this frame, pole count and mounting: the type letter (the catalogue's length code), the efficiency class, rated power, speed, rated torque and current at 400 V, with the weight last. Pick the power you need, then the efficiency class.
Mounting
This page is one mounting — B3 (foot), B5 (flange) or B35 (foot and flange). The electrical data is the same across the three; the mounting dimensions are on the dimension sheets per efficiency class. The other mountings are the sibling cards one level up.
Efficiency classes
IE is the international efficiency grading for electric motors (IEC 60034-30-1). The higher the number, the less of the electricity you pay for is lost as heat for the same shaft power — so a lower running cost over the years the motor is in service. IE1 is standard efficiency, IE2 high efficiency, IE3 premium efficiency and IE4 super premium efficiency. Nusaf supplies IE3 and above only from 0.75 kW up — IE1 motors are listed below 0.75 kW only. Fitting to a gearbox
The frame size is the IEC size the gearbox flange is specified by — a gearbox listed for "IEC 80" takes a frame 80 motor in B5 or B14.
