D2K 7200 Series
Matveyor 7200 Series flush grid modular belt, 19,05 mm pitch, D2K — Special Delrin® Reinforced with Kevlar®. Belt widths 228,6 mm (9") or wider in 76,2 mm (3") increments; belts wider than 1524 mm (60") are available in 76,2 mm (3") increments by substituting the last three digits of the part number with the desired width in inches (e.g. 63" wide UP belt → 7200UP063). Belts are supplied in the length requested by the customer.

Next generation material, based on a Delrin® acetal resin reinforced with Kevlar®, developed by REGINA and Delrin (former DuPont™), able to reach the lowest coefficient of friction with maximum wear resistance. Thanks to the superior properties of DK²™, the usage of lubricants can be drastically reduced or even eliminated without loosing performance in conveyor applications.
