1500 Series Belts with Flights

The 1500 series is also available in a version with flights, to convey products in incline or decline applications. Flight modules are single-piece elements made by injection-molding that, once assembled, become an integral part of the belt. Flights are available in 1" (25,4 mm), 2" (50,8 mm) or 3" (76,2 mm) standard heights, full module width or with a 45 mm (1.772") side indent, with or without notches. Belts are configured to order: specify belt width (multiples of 85 mm), flight height (F), flights pitch (K), side indent (N), number of notches, notch width (G) and notch distance (D) when requesting a quote. Configured and supplied to order.

Flights are available in 1″ (25,4 mm), 2″ (50,8 mm) or 3″ (76,2 mm) standard heights (F dimension), as wide as the module or with a 45 mm (1.772″) side indent. The position of flights is customized by specifying the flights pitch K — the distance between 2 rows of flights.
