D2K 1600 Series
Matveyor 1600 Series solid top modular belt, 25,4 mm pitch, D2K — Special Delrin® Reinforced with Kevlar®. Belt widths 85 mm (3.346") or wider in 85 mm (3.346") increments; belts wider than 1020 mm (40.16") are available in 85 mm (3.35") increments by substituting the last four digits of the part number with the desired width (e.g. 1105 mm wide UP belt without guide → 1600BUP1105). Belt widths ≤ 1020 mm (40.16") are supplied in rolls of 3,048 m (10 ft) each. Belt widths ≥ 1105 mm (43.50") are supplied at the length requested by the customer.

Next generation material, based on a Delrin® acetal resin reinforced with Kevlar®, developed by REGINA and Delrin (former DuPont™), able to reach the lowest coefficient of friction with maximum wear resistance. Thanks to the superior properties of DK²™, the usage of lubricants can be drastically reduced or even eliminated without loosing performance in conveyor applications.
